"This was my first experience with this outfit. I ordered a head and a valve and some keepers for my riding mower. With free shipping, the order arrived in 2 days! When I opened the box I saw that it included a total new valve assembly as part of the head. I called to see if I could return the extra valve parts I had ordered and they were very agreeable. They did a charge back to my card and there was no restocking fee. I did have to handle the return shipping, but that seemed fair as technically it was my mistake. I was very impressed with the customer service department. They were quick to answer the phone, friendly and reasonable. Also, their price was the best I could find on the web. I will definitely do business with these folks again!
