His trick is to use the very fine print stating "as is" policy to unload items he knows do not work. His listings appear legitimate and gives one the impression, the item actually works! Then after futil efforts to get satisfaction, he attempts personal attacks in response to accurate feedback that he misrepresents products on ebay. Surely, some of his products may work as listed, but there are absolutely no guarantees and if it does NOT work, the buyer is simply out of luck because of the "fine print" statements. Beware when bidding and buying from this power seller - read ALL negative feedback to get a true picture of his tactics and then IF you want to gamble on getting a decent, operable product, take the chance! Otherwise, seek sellers who stand by their listings with some form of customer service/satisfaction guarantee AND read ALL the fine print!!"

"erecycler is a joke. If you do not mind throwing your money away buy from them. There were no less than 3 ways they described the condition of their item on receipt: DOA, Defective, and Performs as described. They chose the term 'does not power up' but the thing has no power button.

I will be filing several fraud complaints and a small claims suit. They need to be stopped."
