"The product arrived damaged. It was an open box item, which I was not aware of. When I tried to contact them to return it I was told it was UPS's problem. However the box was not damaged at all. The product inside was. I tried again and was given an RMA # but was expected to pay for shipping myself.
I noted your response. You sent me an RMA # but expect me to pay shipping back. I ordered from you, you sent me a broken, open box product. This should not cost me money. Send me a shipping label and make it right and I will consider this issue resolved."

I ordered a wireless 2.4GHz keyboard with on-board trackball mouse on Monday afternoon. It arrived 3 days later on Thursday. When I used the keyboard, it stopped working after a minute of use every time I tried it, so I called ErgoGeek. Someone answered the phone right away (no automated system). I explained the problem, and what I had done to try to fix it (change the batteries, try different computers, USB ports, etc.). The guy on the phone asked me a few questions and said he thought it was the USB receiver, and that he would send out a replacement via regular mail. He sent me an email a couple hours later stating that he had tested a receiver for an hour and that it was working, so he was going to send it out in the mail.
That was today so I haven't gotten the replacement USB receiver yet. But the fact that he would test a USB receiver for an hour and send it out no questions asked, is rare and impressive in the online technology reseller world."
