We needed a low-profile chair for our new desk and struggled to find one that would be comfortable but without the padded bulkiness of typical ergo office chairs. When we found the Cinto it looked to be the perfect, minimalist (but supportive) chair. We ordered the taupe color with a silver sled base and arms. Per the Ergodepot website, I called their toll-free number and a friendly lady helped with an online coupon code that saved us more than any other website. She answered all of my questions and said the chair would be sent directly from Humanscale. The chair arrived about 3 weeks later, exactly as ordered and in excellent, protective packaging.
