"I ordered a black Human-Scale monitor arm form Ergo LCD. I wasn't getting any tracking info a few days later so I emailed them to ask for one. They quickly responded with an answer telling me that the one I ordered was a special order and it would take 2-3 weeks. However Chris (the customer service employee) was very helpful with me. He informed me that he could ship out one immediately if I instead ordered a white one or a gray one. At that I decided to go gray and Chris was there notifying me with updates every step of the way.

My only complaint was the price of the product. $150.00 before taxes and shipping is a lot of money for the product. However the market on them isn't the largest, so it didn't surprise me. I could have bought another one at the same quality for around $114.00 from the company Ergotron. However because of dorm rules, I needed it to be a clamp, rather than a mount.

Overall, while my first pick was not as available as I had liked. Ergo's customer service easily made up for it with timely responses and kind customer care. I am truly satisfied with that and it only took 2 days to get here. Around $10.00 shipping wasn't too bad for the intricate product I ordered. I could see other sellers easily charging $16.00 for the same product. I haven't seen such great customer service like Chris had given me in all my days of online shopping.

"I needed 15 Ergotech dual LCD arms with grommet mount. I needed them in a hurry for start of classes to meet a last minute request for a classroom to be outfitted with PCs.
I contacted the manufacturer and was told they were special order and would take at least a week to produce.
Chris at ErgoLCD contacted the manufacturer to work through the details.
Now the good part:
The order was placed Friday afternoon with a commitment to ship them the next Monday(next business day) and a shipping time of 2 days from NY to MD; Wed ETA.

Tries to charge 25% restocking fee, for a product they don't have in hand, and for a product I have never opened and tried to cancel prior to shipping. Lmao.

You can smell the fraud in the air. Disputed with Paypal and possibly chargeback later on with my credit card company.
