The dress look nice on the pictures I wanted and Small size . What I received :was and xtra large piece of cloth bad sewing see trough.Awfully bad quality not the color in the picture...

"I believe this company is fraudulent. There is no working phone number or valid email to contact them. The only way is through the app message portal. Not only have I not received this package but it’s been almost a month since I ordered. My shower is may 15th and I ordered april 14th. "Paid for expedited shipping, it took 5 weeks. Bought two sweaters only got one. Sweater I got was the cheapest of the cheap knockoffs and looked NOTHING like what I ordered. Tried dealing with customer service and was a nightmare. Never got replacement item or refund. Buyer beware isn’t enough of a warning. My warning is just don’t do it, walk away. "I purchase 2 dresses from this company, the first one didn’t fit and after a few emails The company finally reimbursed me for the first dress (most likely it was because I was purchasing a second one). The second purchase could not be delivered on time and because I wrote an honest review about my first experience, the company asked me to change the review otherwise I would not see my money again. I couldn’t change it even though I tried and so I never received my money again. This is what they send me on my email: “please change the review to be “4 stars”. Once the review has been changed, please let me know and I will immediately refund for you. Thanks”
I thought reviews were supposed to be honest and as a business owner I know how important reviews are and that is how we make our businesses better. Asking someone to omit an honest review is not honest at all.
Loosing over $115 plus shipping cost is what I got for writing an honest review.
If you are purchasing from this company make sure they understand your needs before you go ahead and put your credit card in their system. "
"I purchased two dresses from this company that, in the end did not suit my needs. Their web site says dresses can be returned within 30 days. However, when I tried to return the items (unworn with original packaging and labels still on) the only offered a refund of half the price. Why? Because they claimed they had been custom cut for me. Custom dresses are an option from this company, but my order was no such thing. When I informed them of this they did not care. But I care to let others not to make the same mistake by ordering something from this disorganized, disingenuous company."

Before the 1st 2 items arrived, ericdress told me to pick another item since the 3rd product was out of stock. I politely responded no, thank you but I want my refund. They refused to respond. "I have been waiting for almost 4 weeks for 4 items I ordered through EricDress. 3 weeks later I receive a pair of pants that looks like a rag, nothing like the picture on their web site, and way too small despite going by their size chart online. There is no explanation of where the other 3 items are. After many emails with their horrible person in customer service, Ice, I am told they are out of stock of the other 3. I then demand a refund in full and they refuse, as they state they have sent a 2nd item out which I still haven't received almost 4 weeks later. They are based in China, and their web site does a good job of hiding this. Their clothes are rags that are sewn so badly that no one can wear them. They give online shopping a bad name and need to be shut down. Please never buy from this company, otherwise you will end up a victim like me and many others. "
