"took over 3 WEEKS to get what i ordered. the item was in stock also. never gave me a tracking number even after i contacted customer service. finally after the second week past they emailed me saying UPS messed up the shipping on the items and finally gave me a tracking number. when items we received the box looked like a truck ran over it and some of the items were damaged. part UPS fault and alot of eris fault, very very crappy packaging for what was being sent"

"Two items were ordered and charged via Paypal. Two days later, they shipped one item BEFORE noticing me the second one was not in stock. Otherwise, I would have canceled the order.
If they don't have item in stock, they should inform customers BEFORE they proceed any shipment.
