"I could not find any review about this retailer online, but their website said it's a long run business and trustworthy, so I gave a shot. But I regret it now. This retailer is very slow, they don't respond emails very well, they don't care about customers, and they don't show their TEL on their website.

I ordered a set of bartending tools on March 2nd.

3/3: Confirmation email that my card is charged

3/11: Nothing showed up in my mail, no email from ErisMarketing, so I emailed them asking what is going on with my order.I got a response in the same day indicating my item was shipped and they claim they sent an email with tracking number. But I checked my spam box and everything, no email was actually sent. But I didn't care that much as long as my item is here.
I checked the tracking number, I realized that it took 6 days to ship the product after my card was charged. A bit slow compared to other online retailers

3/12: Item is delivered, but most of it was missing. I ordered a set of 11 but only 3 was in the box. So I emailed them again explaining that I had missing items. At this moment, I wanted to call them but there is no TEL IN THEIR WEBSITE!!!

3/14: I didn't get any email, so right before 5pm, I emailed two different addresses that could find online and emailed them again and again requesting a response.
After my annoying emails, they finally responded and told me that they would check what went wrong.
I thanked them and nicely asked that they make sure that i would get the item by March 17 because I had to use it today, March 18. For me, it was their mistake and they had to solve it and ship it faster because I would have got the item days earlier if there was no mistake.

3/17: NO email from them about tracking number, nothing in my mail. So I emailed the again asking whether they shipped the item, whether they had the tracking number. No response

3/18: I got desperate at this moment because i had to use it at 1pm, now it's 11:30. I used google to find out their TEL. After a while, I found a number and was not sure if it was their TEL. ANyhow, I called them explained them, and it was their TEL! Why not put it on their website??????? Why hide???
Anyway, I asked him what's going on. He(Bill, the owner) said the item was shipped and scheduled to be delivered today. But I asked him to make sure that I get it by Thursday. he claimed that he told his warehouse that I was expecting it by Thursday but he does not know why they didn't ship it faster! I also asked why he didn't respond my emails, he said he was not working yesterday...Well is it a one-man company??? I asked for the tracking number and he finally emailed me(he could have done that earlier) The warehouse used the exact same shipping service that I used when I ordered it, instead they had an option of over-night or two business days. They probably just didn't want to spend more money on their mistake and didn't care about their customers.
Well, one can make a mistake once, but one should correct it accordingly once they notice it when they have enough time to fix. He had enough time to fix this problem, but he didn't try to fix it well. He didn't care enough. Now I don't have my item that I need by 1pm, I have no idea what to do because I thought I had quite enough time to deal with at least one mistake, which happens rare given my online shopping experience. They had two mistakes and didn't really care, so now I am screwed up.

Take-away is don't shop with this retailer if you expect the normal standard that other online retailers have. There is a reason why no TEL is shown in their website, no reviews online.
