"The quality of the magnet and the coloring is great, but that is all I have to say good about this company. I have had a problem with my magnets, they are bubbling up and causing damage underneath each and every magnet.
I contacted and provided photo evidence to customer service and they replied simply put...."it isn't our fault..." I talked with them again and told them that I did not agree with their "assumption" (their words) and I was told I would be e-mailed details of where I had to hand write my complaint to (who does that in 2014, and why when I emailed and attached several pictures of high quality). I never received the info.
I WOULD THINK TWICE, THREE AND EVEN FOUR TIMES BEFORE USING THIS COMPANY!!! Too many competitors out there to be treated in this way"
