"I had contacted customer service twice and they were very helpful letting me know that the sign I wanted to have printed would be too dark. I was able to make changes to the image and it really made a difference when it was printed! The shipping was very quick.

The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a tiny scratch (2 inches long and very thin) towards the center of the banner. It isn't noticeable unless you're a foot away from the banner.

I highly recommend them. If I really wanted to get rid of the scratch I could return it for a reprint but I don't feel like going through that process since it is very difficult to see."
