I contacted customer service one day after ordering online to add another piece to my order and the rep told me that the order was complete and shipped. He wasn't very friendly though.

Shipping was a little high. I ordered a small magnet for about $8 and shipping was almost $6.

Loved the small little extra gifts that came with the delivery (sticky pad, candy) Great attention to details. It's the small things that keeps people coming back.
