"Overall I was happy with the purchase and customer service, and very happy with turnaround time as we had a narrow deadline to meet and we received our signs in plenty of time.
Something that could be improved on is when ordering large quantities of signs, as the process of ordering my signs took over an hour since I had to individually upload each design, view proof, and then add each to cart. All were the same except for the text, so it would have been nice to have been able to provide a spreadsheet of the text and have eSigns take care of the rest.

Also I would like to have received an email confirmation of order and confirmation that the order had shipped with a tracking number. Its unusual that an online retailer does not send an email confirmation of the order. I had to login to the website and view my order, and do live chat in order to get a tracking number. Also had to log back in to the website to get my order # for this review. "
