"I bought from these guys 3 or 4 times over the past couple of years and have always found them helpful, courteous and quick-acting. Admittedly, I never bought any espresso machine or grinder from them; my purchases were always for espresso “doo-dads” such as tampers, cups, shot glasses, steaming pitchers and a bottomless portafilter. Still, they were always quick to replay to my questions and (more importantly) to ship. "
