"Absolutely won't order from them again. Although my Schaerer Siena-1 Espresso Machine came with free shipping & handling I got stuck with $215.43 in Duties, Fees and Brokerage charges. When I complained I was told it is impossible to calculate these charges in advance and that there was some place on the web site that mentions that I could get such charges (I wasn't able to locate that information when I went back recently to look for it and I didn't see any such information while ordering). The Unit arrived damaged and dirty. In the end all I asked for was the small part that had the biggest dent to be replaced. After a long time and several emails I got the wrong part from them and then after more emails, I exchanged it again for the right part (slightly damaged itself). From order to finally having the replacement part took almost 4 months. The machine itself isn't too bad other than the weak steam and tiny drain pan that fills up very quickly. It's supposed to be able to do both espresso and steam at the same time but that's never worked for me. It just manages to do the steam by itself, while brewing coffee it doesn't come close to giving steam. It is a 120V model and being able to do both was something unique to this brand but unfortunately it didn't work for me."
