As a company dealing with coffee products, practically a drug that people get a fix on, I would recommend that you invest in faster shipping as a free service. To reiterate, people want the stuff they order from your site fast. Invest in a method that does this. I would not use you guys again if your shipping is not advertised as fast. "I ordered a set of spoons and a steam-wand cleaning brush, which were what I expected. However, I also ordered two replacement gaskets for my stainless steel stovetop espresso maker, following the measurement table provided on the website, thinking that with that I couldn't go wrong, and they did not fit. Frustrating! I think it would be easier to get an accurate measurement if the measurements were stated in millimeters instead of inches (when we get into thirty-seconds of an inch, this gets tedious).
I have contacted the company to get authorization to return the gaskets and expect them to reply tomorrow. "

"I replaced my old thermos with two Nissan vacuum bottles: one for tea and one for water (for use while driving). I am very happy with both: although I have learned to be very careful with the hot tea as it stays hot throughout the day. The water bottle is truly usable with one hand and does not require the lid to be removed but simply tips up for drinking. When closed it is secure against spills with a good seal that keeps water cold through the day. Both bottles arrived packaged together and in record time. Don't know why I didn't do this years ago: no coffee taste in my tea and no screw tops on my water bottle. Perfect solutions."
