I've never actually had to make a claim with them, but I'm confident that it will go well. Their online interface could do with a bit of work, it's not as easy as I'd like to see the details of what you're coverage is. But that's a minor detail. Anybody who would buy coverage from their internet provider they could get it from Essuranty is wasting a lot of money.

"I have a policy for the iphone 8 plus. It was stolen and I uploaded all required document including a police report. I received a confirmation email saying that claim was being processed and I wold be contacted by someone. This was over 10 days ago and I contact them daily by phone, email, website, you name it! Every time you call you get voicemail. Easy to get a policy but very poor customer service. I will work with an attorney friend to see what can be done. I do not recommend!"
"I sent in a phone and did not accept the loaner offered. They replaced the screen but it took one month. Definitely will accept the loaner in the future. Since the rep stopped replying to my emails asking for updates. After I sent an email stating I would contact the BBB, my phone was shipped back to me within a week. "
