"Ok please take a quick look at this , what they claim is all BULL***^
-There IS NO SAME DAY SERVICE....
-THEY SEND YOU A GARBAGE PLASTIC IPHONE5c....THAT DIDNT WORK
-TOOK 2 weeks for them TO TELL ME THAT MY REPAIR COULD NOT BE DONE (then they wonder why people scam them and say they lost their phone when they pull things like that , smh )
-ITS BEEN A WEEK AND I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY DEPOSIt back or my refunds , and I started he claim on October 10th.
Here’s it in detail:
This company is the biggest Sham out there. I brought my phone to them because someone tried to repair it , And pretty much messed up my phone. When I sent it in it took them two weeks to tell me that they could not fix my phone and it was not covered. On top of it there is no customer service on the phone and everything is he said she said through email. ✔️✔️✔️
Like I said it took two weeks to even get my loaner phone which is a iPhone 5c and did not work. Now I have been waiting a week for my return label and all my refunds.✔️✔️✔️
Don’t be fooled by all the positive reviews they pay you in credits to write a good review about their company to drown out all bad reviews which are the truth. Try calling them ? Impossible to get someone on the phone. Messs up on your paper work , and the back and forth BS they put you through ? It delays the process a week!!! I didn’t even mess anything up , besides the phone , and I got screwed with that too!!!! ✔️✔️✔️"

"I have been with esurranty for a couple of years and I can say that every time I have had a claim, they were great. I have had claims for cracked screens all the way to my phone falling in the lake. Each time esurranty was there to get my phone fixed or replaced. I have dealt with 3 different claims guys and they have all treated me very well. I can say that I'm not fond of doing everything through email but when I asked for a manager to call me, he did within a couple of hours and walked me through the whole claim process.
My last claim was for a replacement. My phone fell off my boat and right in the lake. I submitted a claim and was told that if I could get the phone out of the lake, they could replace it within a day. So, I went for a swim the next day and retrieved my phone. I can tell you that Apple is lying when they tell you the phone is water resistant up top 5 feet because my phone was in about 4 feet of water and it was totally dead! When I got back to my house, I told Rick that I had my phone and he emailed me a paid shipping label with instructions on how to send my phone and I dropped it off at the post office and 2 days later I received a brand new iPhone 7. They even sent me one with more memory because they said they didn't have the 32GB available so they sent me a 128GB. Now, if you ask me that is darn good customer service! I have seen some of these reviews that talk bad about esurranty and all I can say is that IO have had 3 claims this year and each one of them have been completed within a week. I have recommended esurranty to some friends and my brother in law and they have all signed up and told me they have all had good experiences too. So, I can tell you that if you are reading this and thinking about getting coverage, go ahead and do it, because esurranty is the real deal and have treated me great. I highly recommend then to you and anyone who would ever ask. "
"Update 10/12 - CEO contacted me and has sent my phone back. Very nice person on the phone. Being persistent pays off. After 3 months, I will finally get my phone back. I don't think it will be repaired but at least I get my phone back.

I signed up for this companies services to repair my device in case of damage. The company took possession of the device that is worth over $1,200 and now refuses to return it. It's been about 3 months and the company does not return communications. They will take your device and you will never see it. Look at reviews with BBB and on Trust Pilot. This company has ripped off 100's of people.
