"ETOTALK: 0 stars endless. I have bought a phone for total of USD 368.93. It arrived faulty. (SIM #1 did not read the card). I have paid my Country's duty-2.5% + 27% VAT and handling fees too. This is very much cost plus! I did not want send it back to China and get the repaired phone again, because there was an other case too. Before I sent it back, I did do reset to the factory settings. The phone has became CHINESE language. Unusable for me totally. I offered more options: partial refund, choose another phone, total refund after sending back. They rejected all of theese options. After it I wrote "DO NOT SEND BACK TO ME!" , but I got the email, they wrote "Mend the mistake and sent it back" to me. And will send me tracking information. It was nine days ago. They did not do anything. No tracking information, no contact to me. I lost almost USD 500. I HAVE PAID DUTY OF CHINA TOO!!! No phone no money. Unfortunately I can not see this site before buying. Otherwise I would not have buy. Etotalk never again!"

I ordered and paid for ThL W300 Android4.2 Quad Core 1.5GHz Dual Sim 6.5 inch FHD from the Etotalk online shop (http://www.etotalk.com/ )
This phone was new one from what they told me.
But it worked fine only 2months of using it.
after the first 2months, the phone stopped getting gps/navigator signal.
At the same time the phone started switching itself off from time to time and over heating.
When i reported it to Etotalk, they instructed that i send it back to them, from EU to CN.
I did send it to them and that took 3 months to get repaired.
When it was sent back to me, i used the phone 2 months and the battery stopped charging.
Sometimes it will discharge all the power in the battery under 2mins. with beep beep noise from the phone.
And when am charging it, it will get stuck on 10-15% of battery level.
I once charged the phone all night 12hours, but it kept showing 15% battery charged level.
Am really tired of writing the horror i have witnessed with Etotalk from this phone.
My biggest trouble and head-ache now is that, i sent this phone last September 2014, which is the 4th times am sending the phone to them for service.
And they still have the phone and not sending it back to me.
They refused to refund my money and they refused to replace the phone.
I paid $349.99 for this phone and under 1year, it has gone back to them 4times for repair.
every 2months am shipping the phone back to Etotalk for the same problem or more.
I will pay for the shipping and i will pay etotalk again before they will ship it back to me.
Now they hold my money and they hold the phone for close to 8 months already.
Everytime i write them to send me my phone back, the only feedback i get is that the phone has been sent to factory and the delay is from factory.
PLEASE HELP!!!
Please help me, anybody who can advice on how i can get the phone back or my money back?

"Please be careful if you decided to buy any product from etotalk.com. I just want to warn you that they don't respect thier own return policy, even if you do everything they asked. They will find some stupid excuses not to pay back/like they had 25$ custom charge at first and than that the phone was scratched, when i ordered the screen protector and the case together with the phone. When I sent it back (they received it on 5/11/14) i left the screen protector but removed the case, in a month on Jan 7th they told me that the phone was repaired, when I refused to accept the repaired phone they told me that they paid 25 custom charge and can't refund the money, after on 9/01 they told me that the phone has scratch on its frame and they can't refund money, after they decided to refund me 109$ when the phones price is 159.99$ and i paid for both side shipping $27.00 to receive and 27eur to sent it back. So be careful when you order anything from them, they are liars. ?"

"I bought 4 weeks ago Kingzkone K1 from Etotalk. The phone was shipped with DHL. AFter opening the packet the phone didnt start or response. After many times e-mail with sales i sended back. The phone is repaired. The problem was broken Motherboard. A intern problem. They say i broked and i must now pay for this $ 140 dollar. THere is no warranty by Etotalk and Kingzone. "Their one-year warranty is a scam. I bought a phone from them on 3 Apr 2014. Sent back the phone due to faulty network problem on 13 Aug 2014 with tracking number RC625448365SG. Phone was delivered to a China post office on 19 Aug 2014. But they stubbornly refused to collect the item from the China post office for over two months. In Oct 2014, they finally said they collected the phone and have sent the phone to their factory for repair. However, I told them from the start that I wanted a replacement not repair. They did not clarified with me they cannot do a replacement or refund at that time. Now I have even asked them to return the phone directly to me without repair. Again, they refused to follow my instruction. Very horrible experience which lasted over 2 months. I have since given up on hopes of getting my phone or money back. After reading similar complaints from other customers, I realized their modus operandi is the same. If you return your defective item to them, they will delay you for two months claiming that the item is not delivered to them. After that time, they will tell you they collected the item, and sent it to factory for repair. Again, another delay where they tell you they will push the factory to repair - but there is forever no final outcome on this. If you had unfortunately bought a phone from them, and your phone encounters a problem, please NEVER send back the phone to them. You will get so frustrated with them telling you the phone Is not delivered to them (despite the tracking number showing the phone is ready for pickup). And after they finally tell you they collected the phone (which is after a long time of 2 months) - they will tell you the phone is sent back to factory for repair (although I asked for a replacement). There is no one-year warranty at all. I have since bought the same phone elsewhere which made me realized two new points. First, Etotalk charges you if you want the original packaging to be shipped to you. However, there are many other sellers who ship the original packaging without extra charges. Second, I noticed the security seals on the phone battery are missing in the phone I got from Etotalk, whereas the new phone that I have has all the security seals intact. This means Etotalk has very likely sold me a REFURBISHED phone - not a brand new phone! This may be the reason why they want to charge you if you ship the item in original packaging - so that they can disguise a refurbished phone as a brand new phone. In conclusion, this is an extremely unethical company that you should never buy anything from."

"Purchased a UMI X1, faulty upon delivery, faulty touch screen, WI-Fi doesn't work, Bluetooth doesn't work, screen bounces with the push of one button. Returned for repair at our shipping cost, phone was lost then found when we paid an extra "customs fee". Phone returned September 2013, still has the same issues with the touch screen, the go back button does not work at all. Etotalk will not refund the purchase price or replace the phone."

I bougth 3 phones to them. First two ones worked perfectly. With the third I had problems:
