"I have been shopping for a phone for my 14 year old daughter to bring on a Student Abassador trip to Europe. We do not have a credit card with a high limit. Many of the phone rental companies we looked into wanted a credit card with anywhere from $250 to $2500 dollar preauthorization just to rent a phone with activation, shipping, and per minute\text fees on top of that.
