"I had been searching for phones for us to take with us to Europe, since when we went to our current cell phone carrier, the process seemed like a LOT of time spent in a mobile store (in each country) in order to properly calibrate the SIM cards, etc., which we wanted to avoid. The internet led me to EuroBuzz, and I am SO glad that it did!

Our order arrived promptly, and the customer service is superior! I called with help on set up and how to properly dial each other, and so on, and the woman I spoke with was so patient and helpful. She also let me know about the emergency 24-7 service they have - which I had to use last night at midnight. We are embarking on our trip tomorrow (Sunday) and one of the phones did not seem to be charging for its initial charge. I left a message, as instructed by the prompts, and someone called me back within 15-20 minutes (!) and helped me resolve my issue (the batteries are sometimes so flat, apparently, that it does not look like it is charging at all, but the customer service woman assured me that if left plugged in overnight, it should be just fine. If not, to call again and they would help me fix the issue somehow. Luckily, just as she said, the battery was all charged this morning!).

We have not actually used the phones for calling yet, but so far, I am an entirely satisfied customer, and look forward to having these phones to use on future trips.
