"Feb 19 2024 I purchased a DD MK18 RIS3 from them and it took them 3 weeks to ship it to my FFL, but they made a mistake on the FFL name & address, ending up shipping it to someone else. I called got it squared away, they apologized, they offered me $50 credit for any inconvenience, I declined the credit as long as they can expedite the order to a new FFL which they made sure while I was on call with them they had the correct information this time. I hang up with supposedly a manager with the intentions that this was squared away and that this was going to be taking care of and sent to my FFL, instead these incompetent sobs received their item back from the original FFL and decided to cancel my order and hold my funds till supposedly i call them back and decide whether to purchase the item or else. They either have some incompetent people working there or they are plain stupid, they did all of this without even thinking to send an email to me letting me know that this happened. Now Daniel Defense has put a hold on all SBR item till further notice and I'm without one. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE INCOMPETENT SOBS, THEY'LL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY."

I dealt with Brandon and he was top notch from start to finish. Eurooptic did everything they promised and in a few days I had my scope. I would highly recommend this vendor to others. "

I paid $2049 for a pair of Swarovski Optik EL 10x42 Binoculars to replace my Swarovski SLC’s the that were advertised to have the FirldPro package with was $50 more and was advertised to have a Field Pro Binocular bag included in this package from them yesterday and when I emailed their customer service as soon as I received the package and saw there was no Field Pro package this is the response that I got! Unbelievable! I will NEVER do business with this company agai and would jungly recommend that you stay away from them as well- I had a friend who had the same awful experience with this company!

"5/2/22 I order Desert Tech MDRx Chassis from ( seller www.eurooptic.com ) at gunbroker.com the Item Description did not specific the accessories that came with the Factory box, so on 5/2/22 12:51 pm PST I call seller to confirm see if my order come with Factory soft case or not because other seller's picture and video all come with Factory Soft Case (I Not Demanded for a free case) A guy that take the call say YES and he said also all the Accessories will include from the Factory.
5/9/22 I pick up my MDRx and it NOT come with Factory Soft Case, OKay I call again same day 5/9/22 11:01 am PST they say that's what I get for what I paying for, WOW (their customer service extremely terrible) seller don't want to fix the problem but they do offer me for refund if I send it back, but they can't take back after item had Transfer. In my case it's already transfer to me so I can't do anything.
Factory Soft Case does not cost much and seller lie to me over the phone said will come with my order, I will keep my order anyway with or without the Factory Soft Case, but the problem of the seller they lie to Customer and Dishonest and say I Demanded for a free case that feedback leave on gunbroker.com that's such ugly behavior and extremely terrible customer service.

Called to check on status and was told they have no idea when my order will be filled and OH BY THE WAY there has been a policy change and we need you to pay in full 100% to have your order remain active. What a scam using peoples deposits to run your business. Whats next? A letter announcing your business is closing and I have lost my deposit?
