"My cousin and me sent our cars to Euro Auto Garage for repair and servicing. We were initially impressed by 8 to 10 supercars similar to our makes parked there thinking "so many branded cars here for servicing can't be wrong" but.. we were so wrong. Firstly the cost of servicing is 4 times higher than our previous workshops, next is the mark- up of spareparts is between 300- 450% with a waiting time of 4weeks. After several weeks of waiting with shockingly unsatisfied substandard unprofessional service standards; we came down to the workshop again- All the cars that were parked 5 weeks ago were Still Parked There! Meaning it's a marketing gimmick. This Euro Auto Garage or Euro Auto Performance workshops at Kaki Bukit The Premier is totally unreliable, Dishonest, lazy and more of a Scam Syndicate operating. Consumers Beware! Avoid at all cost EAG."

"worst experience ever!
purchased a pair of headlights for my vehicle. 6 weeks ago, gave it to the garage to fit. as soon as i got the car out of the garage i was aware of a few problems
1 - the projection of the lights were not correct - would most likely fail an MOT
2 - heavy condensation in the lights (within minutes)
3 - the lights were very weak
the garage who fitted these lights, also agreed that these lights were well below standard, advised me i should take them back for a refund.
I had to pay the garage again to remove these lights, in the mean time i just purchased lights from another supplier, as i didn't want to get an exchange from eurocarparts and have the same problem again. and pay on labour for a third time.
this was a click and collect order - the day after fitting, i called the Wembley branch, who advised me to call the head office. I called the head office who advised me its nothing to do with them, and i should speak to the wembley branch again.
Once i finally got through to someone in wembley again, they advised there is a 365 day return policy on click and collect orders.
i advised them that i had to pay on labour to get the faulty lights removed, and that i wanted to make a claim on that. they advised that if any labour claim was to be made, that it would have to be sent away and be assessed by the manufacturer and that could take some time. they advised me that if i did not want to make a labour claim i could just come in with the faulty headlights and get a refund.
yesterday i went into the branch, to be told totally different things.
they were offering me a replacement of the same brand, but why would i take the risk on the same brand again?
i was then told it would have to go back to the manufacturer for a test which can take up to 4 weeks even if i wanted a refund.
in the end i had to fill out a form, send the part off, and god knows if i will ever hear from these guys again.
constantly changing advice given according to how they feel, the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in this place.
wasted 350 pounds"
"Euro Car Parts proudly made it to #2 of my worst internet shopping experiences. My only order was of two items. They needed over a week to deliver them. Unpacking the box revealed that they got it completely wrong. All the parts were from wrong manufacturer brands, for a wrong car brand.
Customer service reps are hard to find - they wasted me over half an hour on the phone just to let me know that the person in charge with my case is not at the office despite previously reached agreement to call her at that time. Customer service reps are not empowered to solve customer problems, but are rather trained to recite company policies.
After agreeing on return, it took them over a week to organise shipping. Then, for 3 weeks they did not bother to issue refund for faulty order. Only after reminding them again about the case, the payment was processed. "
"Daniel from Euro Car Parts actually emailed me not long after the review been posted. We are discussing on how to resolve the issue.
As from my part, I'll pull down the review for now.
Regards,
Raymond"
"They charged my credit card $50 without my knowledge for shipping a $40 item smaller than a pack of gum. They would not provide an explaination for the charge or any shipping information. A few months after placing the order and not receiving anything I again inquired about its status. I was now told it was shipped and they were not going to be responsible for its delivery. The item was never delivered and they will not provide a refund/insurance."
