"The WORST and most expensive soccer company ever...This company which also owns World Soccer Shop has the worst customer service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with...I have spent thousands of dollars with them with either myself or clubs I have worked with but NEVER AGAIN!!!I placed a small order which they claim "their computer" canceled and then told me this was not their problem...They made NO effort to contact me and now the item I needed for my club is no longer available...They believe that since they have a monopoly on the soccer retail market they don't have to answer to small orders....Well, they will never receive another order of any size from me or the AYSO, CLUB, and High Schools I represent!"
"Soccer.com is the most disappointed website you can buy from..they claimed to be the largest but their supplied is limited. Sizing is limited for only a few individuals..I purchased a jersey for $120 and upon arrival, I found out it runs small and is not true to size. ..I call the customer service and I was told they won't be getting anymore. It was limited supply...who the hell order limited supplies of soccer jersey with the 2014 world cup only a few months away...save your money and frustration....don't buy from this lousy store.

"This company is absolutely horrid.The first time I purchased with the company I paid through paypal, an option clearly reccomended by the site. After the initial purchase i made, i recieved an email telling me i was going to be charged 20 dollars more rhan i originally was shown on their website, so i called them. When i called i talked to a very nice girl for all of but a minute before she had to speak to a supervisor about the issue. They said that after recieving my product the amount would be credited back.After the call i checked my bank account and I noticed That the paypal purchase was still pending for the original quoted amount. Clearly the company has no clue. Then after recieving my product, I noticed that the paypal pending purchase never went through my account (probably something this terrible company did thinking here was a charge error.) So a week after the items were received I get an email from the collections department saying I did not pay and to call them and make arrangements. So I called them, talked to another nice girl for again all but a minute before she had to speak to a supervisor. I gladly paid over the phone for the items, however I was not told that I would be charged twice on my account. I checked my account today and noticed two charges for the same amount from this god awful company and made call number 3 to their customer service. Again after a minute they consulted the supervisor and claimed that the two charges won't both come out , ones and authorization and ones the actual card transaction. I went ballistic because I was never told of this. I spoke to a supervisor and screamed at him saying that you cannot charge someone twice the amount for 5 days without telling them, and That if I hadn't had double the purchase amount it wpuld have overdrafted my account and I would have sued. Long story short this company has a terrible payment system and HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Save your self the hassle and buy from sportchalet."
"Horrible Dishonest Customer Service
We purchased a thousand dollar order for our high school and were promised and charged for one day shipping. We came to find out on the day the item was due to arrive it barely was being shipped and by UPS ground shipping. We made clear when ordering that we needed the items for a school function and were told for $80 shipping it would be guaranteed. We called to confirm the order again days after receiving an email with discrepancies and were told everything was on schedule. After calling to complain about the revelation of the ground shipping they made excuses and blamed NIKE for the error. I was promised the shipping would be reimbursed. Checked credit card and only $37 was charged back they said they were keeping the remainder to cover their shipping cost even though they screwed our order up. Talked to manager and he said they didn’t offer next day shipping on vendor orders and that they sales person should have never allowed the order. He refused to do anything to make this right and said they would not reimburse the shipping even though we were charged for something they do not even offer. Beware they take money first and then figure out how to handle the customer afterwards. This is the worst service I have had buying online. Our school will no longer be doing business with soccer.com"

I've purchased items for $100.80. Used codes one for free shipping (over $100) one for free ball (order over $75). They've sent me and email that one of items that was worth $4 is no longer available. Here's the best part - MY NEW TOTAL is $106. They've cancelled code for free shipping even though it wasn't my fault that item marked available was actually unavailable... I've called seconds after I've received that email to cancel order but it was TOO LATE cause it's processing. They've promised they will credit the shipping cost back to my account. Few hours later I got email with shipped items and there's no free ball in it. They've cancelled it as well although free ball comes with orders over $75 (weird). I've called, they said no problem we'll send you the ball. I had to call three times, three days in a row to get it shipped. Finally I've received items, my account has been charged the "new" higher total and there's no refound. Two more days, two more calls and some guy is telling me this: SIR WE'RE DOING AN EXEPTION FOR YOU!!! NEXT TIME IT HAPPENS ADD SOMETHING TO YOUR ORDER!!! This is sick. So now it's my fault! He said "next time"???!!! He's gotta be kidding!!! LOL"
"This is the best online retailer for soccer stuff, I always use them to buy jerseys. Their shipping is fast, their packaging is good and they always send a free magazine and sometimes extra freebies such as razors and coupons with the order. not to mention there are always great promotions going on, certainly take the time to look up promo codes on google! last time i got like 50 bucks off my order! i cant speak for customer service as ive never had to return anything. ive had some issues with the seams coming apart on one jersey but nothing that cant be easily sewn (by a professional, not me haha)."

"The order was put in for a specific shoe and size. We received the wrong shoe and the wrong shoe size. Someone picked and sent the wrong product. While we can return the product. We were unable to receive the correct shoe / size combination as a replacement. In addition, we used a one-time discount to buy the shoes - and have now lost that as well. The response - sorry, human error, send the incorrect shoe back. A very disappointing experience. "

"Good company, easy shopping. The only thing that I didn't like was the product tracking on their site. It was kind of odd. When i placed my order i didn't become a registered user. I just wanted to order my product. But after i found out you had to be a member to view tracking on their site, i joined. But since i didn't do it the "right" order i couldn't view the page. I did e-mail them about a tracking number and they sent me a tracking # the next day.
