"Beware, once you drive this car off the lot this dealer Will no longer help you. They damage the paint on all off their new cars by having someone who doesn’t know what they are doing buff and seal them. I have a brand new car that now needs paint work because of the stuff this dealer did to my brand new car. I have taken it to body shops and they have just shaken their heads and have told me they see new cars from Evans all the time that look like this. Please don’t buy from them. Look somewhere else as they refuse to fix any damage they have caused. Toyota won’t help you as they only relay your complaint to the deal who can choose to do nothing.
First they force you to pay $1495.00 for aftermarket products they automatically add to the price of the new car and later refuse to fix the damage they caused by having an inept person adding these so called features.
Rick Evans is an arrogant and nasty person who prances around the dealership like he is better than everyone in his pink Clark Griswald wing tip shoes. Don’t be fooled by his personal message on the Evans Website as this is a total sham. Good job Ricky you’re a supper special person."
