"So far the verdict is out on this company. I ordered online which was fine. There was an item on my order that was out of stock so I rc'd an email to that effect. Unable to adjust my order online so had to call...Very limited hours to call (b/t 9AM-3PM during the week-tough for working folk.) Anyway, got order straightened out and delivery made as promised. One item (bead) I ordered was defective and actually damaged my existing bracelet so now have to make a return and have a unusable bracelet. Will have to call later today to see what recourse I have. Over all~ not very happy with the availability or quality. Not sure I will order from them again. Will depend on the customer service I receive today. Will let you know how it turns out.

Spoke with customer service this past week and will return defective bead for refund...also was offered to have a replacement bracelet send to me to replace the one the defective bead damaged. Good service on the phone...did not have to toggle through a bunch of prompts...got throught to a human right away. Thanks! Now just awaiting reponse in the mail and we will have it all settled.

2 problems, but they were easily rectified. First, one of the items I ordered was no longer available, so that should have been indicated on the webpage at the time I was browsing. But I received a call the same day to pick something else, and this did not delay the order.

Second, the discount I applied for (EVESHIP) was not immediately applied to my order, and I had to make a phone call. It was mysteriously placed before the items on my invoice, but it was still on there nonetheless.

Both times when I called the 800 number, someone answered immediately. Awesome! As long as you keep this up, you will have a very loyal customer. I absolutely love your products.
