"The user interface is great and tickets were easy to find, however it was not easy to tell which seats within each row you would be assigned to and it assesses a charge PER ticket for 'operating fees' so just in fees I paid the equivalent of 3 extra tickets to an event which is mind blowing. Bulk tickets should have a capped out fee amount in my opinion. "
