"I understand there is a service fee and the reason for why that is necessary, even though it seems way too high since the tickets are already marked up.
What I do not understand is the delivery fee... no one is mailing me a ticket. It’s all electronic so the service fee should cover that labor it SHOULD NOT be an additional charge.
