"The original charge did not go on the first attempt. However you guys did a great thing. You put a temp hold on the tickets so I could contact Wells Fargo and get it straight. I did and actually had the bank on the phone when we cleared what was holding up the process. Against my bankers recommendation I charged the tix a second time. I wanted to make sure I took care of the tickets. Those are my fiancé’s and mine! Please if you can refund the 2nd charge when you can. The concert is not go another year. I think we have some time. I would appreciate that thank you very much !"
