"I ordered an android phone from Everbuying back in February this year and the product is completely fine, entirely as advertised and a real bargain. The phone I ordered was the 5.5 inch N8000 Android 4.2 3G Phablet MTK6582 Quad Core 1.3GHz 1GB and I paid $134.61 + $3.69 insurance (order number E1402201635090730). It is dual sim and works completely fine with the “3” network in the UK. My only complaint with the phone is that the 3.5mm audio jack isn’t the greatest quality, so listening quality is very sensitive and dependent on how headphones are positioned – not great for walking and exercising with the device. I was pleased that the phone was supplied with an additional battery as it does drain quite quickly.

I would say that despite having no problems with the product after 2 months of being in possession of it, the delivery and ordering aspect of dealing with everbuying wasn’t the greatest of experiences. My order did not ship within 24 hours as the website stated, and it was left with a status of “processing” for the around 2 working weeks. When I wrote to everbuying after one week, they asked me to wait for another 3-5 business days. They did respond very quickly to queries though. My order was eventually shipped after 2 weeks, but the tracking aspect was useless. My order was sent using Sweden Post, and for a long time the tracking number wasn’t recognised by that company. After another of couple weeks the order was in Singapore according to the Sweden Post website. Another two weeks later I received a note through my door from Royal Mail (UK’s postal service) informing me there is customs duty to pay (£25), which needed to be payable in cash at my local sorting office. Everbuying does mention that customs duty would be payable, so I was expecting this. So, everbuying states 24 hour dispatch and 10-25 days delivery. I waited for 14 days dispatch and 28 days delivery in addition.

As such, I would order from everybuying again, but I would definitely choose the express delivery option!

"I have shopped there a few times. I have had a pleasant service experience, but only because I have had to contact the support service very often. My recent order will probably be my last one with this retailer. The thing is that I have had to wait for over a month for one item of my 4 items order (since half of it was shipped over, but I wasn't informed that not all items would be shipped at the same time, so I payed way to much toll and will have to pay for 2 home deliveries) and I have been informed 3 times now that there has been a delay in restocking an item that wasn't marked as out of stock when I purchased it. Plus, the only compensation I have received is a mere 5% discount of my next order, which I have no intention of buying. The people that have responded to my complaints and problems have been very nice and of-course they don't have anything to with my original problem, nothing they can do, but I would have liked some kind of re-compensation for this HUGE delay...they have offered me a refund, but that is pointless since I have already payed the toll/tax in Iceland (where I live) of all the items and can't get that refunded so I just wait for the items that are still out of stock. I purchased this order on April 14th and have been told 3 times that it will restock in 2 weeks time, the latest being that they will restock on June 10th ! that is almost 2 months after I originally bought it! Pros: It has a beautiful appearance and is very elegant. Very sensitive to touch. Both cameras have a lot of quality, and the existence of the rear camera flash comes in handy. Very fast and very simple to use. The GPS works flawlessly.

Cons: The back cover is very fragile. You need to be very careful to remove it when replacing the battery and / or memory card. It is the only negative aspect.

Other Thoughts or Suggestions: The shipping time of your order is too long. Should consider creating a point of sale in Europe thus would expedite the response time in delivering products and thereby surely garner more customers."

After recieving this.... two days later i get email that my phone is out of stock and I need to order another phone that ships in 24 hours to fix this problem.... ok...so I pick a TOP SELLER that ships in 24 hours.... what do I get a bill for another 42.36....no discount or anything .... that was the 29th I paid the diferent just to end this and I have no shipment again, no order number, no nothing even though even payment was made and repeated emails i have requested and demanded order number, proof of order, proof of payment ( besides pay pal) and a tracking request if it ever ships, which has alwat ready past the 24 hours .... what a surprise......AGAIN!!!!!!!!!"

I contacted the shipper DHL and they said the seller had to put in a claim, they never did. Instead the talked me into sending them $40.00 more and they would send me a better quality phone. I received the phone and it would not work. I contacted them and have got nothing but the run around for the past four months, I have $200. invested in a phone I cannot use.
