"Item never arrived to me and tracking number (RQ153145146SG) shows item returned to them 2 months ago !?. Support first promised refund within 5-7 days. After 10 days no refund I complained again and all I got was new promise to get refund within 3 days. Guess what? No refund and they closed case.
And we talking about small refund, tens of dollars not hundreds...Sorry it is not way to do business.

UPDATE: I just did get refund so I guess public complain works ;-) I guess I will continue to buy stuff from everbuying because sometime they have best prices around..."

Everbuying solution, after requesting returning the defective charger for a replacement, was a 3 dollar credit towards the purchase of another unit. Totally unacceptable. Doing business with an online business based in China has this kind of risk.

Update: Customer service response from Everbuying was good. I received their instructions to return the charger to them in China. Their product was defective and I was responsible for the postage cost for the return - which was over half the cost of the charger. I decided to throw the piece of crap in the trash, as there is no guarantee that the replacement unit would fare any better. The lesson, set a cost threshold for your China purchases, unless the seller pays the freight BOTH ways. For me that means, if it doesn't work when arrives, you just walk it over to the trash, no hard feelings. If it's more than a few bucks, buy domestic!"
