On 12/09/2013 I got an email from Everbuying tell me that EB points will reset to cero on 01/01/2014, I had 2062 EB=41.24 USD so on 12/23/2014 I decided to use them so I bought 3 items, first one $7.54 USD, second $6.53 USD, third $127.33 plus Insurance: 3.83 + Fast Freight: 1.99= $147.22-41.24(EB points)=$105.98 USD. I was really happy because I had saved more than $40 USD but this was only a dream because Everbuying did not want to send me the second and third one items despite, they told me that these items were in stock, Everbuying just took the decision of give me a refund of $93,70 USD,I NEVER ASK FOR A REFUND, I WANTED THE ITEMS. I asked support team about my EB points and told me that I had lost them!!!!!. I do not know if this was a mistake of a worker that did not do his/her job or this is the way Everbaying do to steal its buyers, what I know is that I lost money and time with this company. I think that in the future I will buy items in safer stores like Chinavasion and Geekbuying. Think twice before deal with everbuying.

Could you tell me why you can not return me my EB points or money equivalent?, on your web page I read "EB points used for a canceled order will be refunded to your account so you can use them again". All this was not my mistake,I never accepted the refund neither cancel the order you took this decision. I used all my EB points before the end of year to avoid lose them and followed the steps to buy on your page so I do not understand why I have to lose. I would like a better solution from you that only give me a refund of $105.98 USD. I hope you understand how bad I feel about this mistake.
