"I ran across this website accidentally and when I saw the prices and many items they had I was super excited.I was shopping for my 21st birthday because I wanna look good for it and I liked a lot of the clothing items they had for mens. I paid for expected shipping which is supposed to be at my house in 3-5 business days, it has been three days and my order is still processing. I am giving them the benefit of the doubt but I really need my order before the 3rd of December. I also wrote a message to the customer service and still haven't heard anything yet. As for right now I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. Just a little worried that the expected shipping was a waste of money."

"First off, it's 2 months after my order date and I still haven't received my shipment. Second, I paid an extra $2.00 for a tracking number for my shipment. When I received my tracking number, I soon found out that it wasn't working. I then reached out to the support centre on the website. At which time, it took them 2 weeks to figure out that my order had been shipped back to them. Since my tracking number never worked, I asked for a refund on the cost of the tracking number. After providing me with a new broken tracking number, they closed my support ticket without solving my problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE! I have paid them and they have not delivered any of the merchandise I have ordered. 2 broken tracking numbers were given to me. I have no idea where my package is or if I will ever receive it. "I wanted to buy a mobile phone online and unfotunately I picked the wrong website as I got sent the wrong phone and it was a second hand phone, and defective. As it costs so much to return for replacement, I decided to sell it locally at a loss.

With fingers crossed I found www.everbuying.com and because of the reviews in resellersrating.com I placed an order for a red Cubot One phone. Ordered on 2/11/2013 sent on 7/11/13 arrived 11/11/13. Great service.

I was amazed that at the time of ordering I could choose the shipping rate and the shipping rate for DHL was so cheap around $4.00 I chose that option, why wait 14+ days when you can get it in 5. I also chose to insure it so there would be no hassle if it arrived broken. so for less than $10.00 I got it delivered quickly with peace of mind.

I since have ordered another item which is coming by free post I will report back about that when it arrives.

"Placed a order of three tablets on 11/02/13. Submitted a question on 11/10/13 and still have not heard anything. I am trying to get these tablets before christmas for my grandchildren and I have not heard anything! Especially when they say guaranteed one day response. The phone number does not work either! I chose Expedited Shipping as well.

I was never notified until NOW that one was out of stock! SERIOUSLY they had better ship today or I am filing a paypal grievance!"
