"I purchased a Feinteng N7100 Android smartphone from everbuying. The device I received was used and damaged. The PayPal payment was processed on Dec. 24. I received the phone on January 11. On January 13 I opened a support Ticket: T9239895222 to register a complaint that the phone was used and defective. On Jan. 20, Everbuying issued an RMA for the return of the phone which I did on Jan. 22. It is now Febrary 27, 2013 and I haven't received a refund to my PayPal account which they said they would do repeatedly. The phone cost $176 and return shipping cost $40, so I lost $216."

The order processing was perfect, the customer representative was fair, because they sent the wrong item, they made a partial refund, which made me a happy customer.

in conclusion: i got the wrong phone, but because they recognized their mistake and they took action by refunding me a part of the money, i started to like the phone, and i will surely buy again"

"We bought one of those android tablet clones, specifically the 7 inch M73 which just a wondermedia wm8850-mid. So far its been a great fast little device and does everything it should. however i have 2 problems with the tablet. but for the price is still worth it. The rear camera flash is so weak it is useless and battery life is terrible. A fully charged battery only lasts for 1 hour of continuous use. The camera itself is of lesser quality so don't expect much from these lower end tablet clones. All things considered it is still a good value and great for a 1st tablet mostly because everbuying.com had the best price and shipping was free. Granted it took over 2 weeks for the device to arrive but that is good coming all the way from China. Have not ever returned anything so i cannot comment on return or customer services related to that, but my overall shopping experience was a positive one.
