"Not bad. Understand it will take over 30 days to receive your items and about two weeks for them to respond to customer service emails. I'm okay with that since the prices are a fraction of what I can get at the cheapest seller on Amazon or Ebay.

I bought a few $1 items just to test their speed and reliability before buying anything expensive. Shipping took about 45 days, but I expected that after researching and discovering they use EMS for shipping from China. **NOTE** they do not issue valid tracking numbers. Be prepared for this. My order has a shipping tracking number, but it doesn't actually exist anywhere.

As far as customer service goes, since they are in China and on a totally different time zone than me (USA), email was the only means of communication. I emailed them in advance about an Android device asking if it would work on Verizon's network in USA. They finally responded after about ten business days to say that no, it will not work. They saved me the headache of buying and returning, so I appreciated that.

It's ridiculous to expect Five Star service when you're paying such cheap rates. You wouldn't go to Howard Johnson and be outraged that they didn't treat you like the concierge at the Waldorf Astoria, would you?

All that being said, I don't think I would ever buy anything over $50 from them for the simple fact that they do not provide reliable tracking numbers and their customer service is pretty lackluster. Just keep your orders to little nick knacks and gifts. Pay with PayPal if you can so that if you don't receive your items, you can file a chargeback within 45 days."
