"I have bought several items from EverBuying. One of them is an android phone which they shipped without the phone case. After a few exchange of tickets which got all replied to, they confirmed its an error on their side and sent me the phone case through registered mail.
Overall I have no complaints of items that I buy from them. Price is cheap only their shipment takes sometime to reach me."
"It is a horrible company!!! I never got confirmation email that my order was shipped out but I looked at my account and it said the tracking number but not found. I tried calling the USA customer service and the number doesn't exist. I sent an email about it and still haven't gotten a reply. I want my money back if I don't get it by Christmas. "VERY DISSATISFIED WITH EVERBUYING.COM!!!! I paid for "expedited shipping" that, to my knowledge, meant it would be RUSHED! Much to my suprise it is now 5 days after i paid for my order and my order still remains as "PROCESSING" when it should have been at least shipped at this point! Attempted several times to contact someone, ANYONE, but strangely the line is always busy! I've also written several emails and have received NO response other than "we are now processing payment." HMMMMM.....STRANGE! so basically two of my four kids will not have presents for Christmas. Thanks Everbuying.com!!! your "help and outstanding customer service" is a great let down!"
"WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I regret placing my order and will tell everyone I know not to order from this company or its affiliates.
Let's recap:
Order placed Nov 9 & am told that order confirmation was sent to my email, I suppose they didn't specify and I just assumed they meant right away like most companies, but nope, I wait 7 days to receive email saying order placed, then I attempt log in to track order, told order # invalid, email support, am told order in process and to check the email they sent saying order in process, i tell them i did get that email...7 days after purchase and email directed me to log in and check order status, they tell me order should arrive within 25 days, I ask for tracking # and they tell me they can't send one. RED FLAG!! So I email again asking for a tracking # and they send one but don't tell me which carrier the tracking # corresponds to, like is it UPS or FedEx, etc. So then I have to email again to find out and they tell me it's on the way to being shipped but they do not answer my question. A week before my purchase arrives I get an email with name of the carrier so I can track it. Then it arrives on Dec 18 and is not the correct outlet type for my country, which on the site in the product info, there is no mention that it is country specific. Now I am trying to create a RMA to return this purchase and be done with this AWFUL EXPERIENCE but when I enter in my order # on the site to create the RMA, it tells me the order # is not valid. So I call the US customer service # within the specified business hours listed on the website but the # either rings endlessly or rings busy, and either way it disconnects me after a couple minutes. This company is THE WORST SALES EXPERIENCE!! Then I use the live chat option and after waiting 5 minutes for a response I am directed to send an email to the support team. INFURIATING. What's the purpose of having live chat if it can't offer immediate assistance?! So now I have sent an email to their support team asking for assistance to create an RMA and have not heard back yet. Everbuying....you are no Amazon, and with this low quality of product and DEPLORABLE level of customer service....you never will be. "
"placed order on 11-30-2012 paid for express shipping,as of 12-18-2012 nothing sent not able to contact the company. the toll free number they list does not exist. have sent e-mails with no response from the company. they did however manage to charge my card and withdraw the money from my account quickly and in a timely manner.-update- its Dec 21st received e-mail they are refunding the full amount. thank you everbuying.com "
"Terrible experience. Horrible customer service with rude and non-English speaking customer service reps. My package is now 5 days late, with no apology from everbuying.com, and the response to the email I sent asking them to cancel my order was overlooked. Very disappointed and will not be ordering from everbuying.com again."

i made two purchases for more than a month now and the processes have been marked 'shipped out', but when i asked them for a tracking number (as per my post office's requirements, for them to track my orders) the customer sales responded through a ticket that they cancelled my first order and that the other order (a 4' tablet) has been out of stock.
They did this 2 times to me, one order after the other !!!
and this time, im not being refunded.
and when i see a rating of 80% for everbuying, i just wonder about all those people who bought from this site (from overseas, i'm currently stationed in Mauritius; Im a South African)
i counted on everbuying.com (since i made the purchase on 15 november) in order to get my xmas present for ny wife
now two weeks LATER, THEY SAY IT'S OUT OF STOCK "

My order history shows a tracking#, with shipped status, but tracking detail is "not found"????
It does not say which carrier either, so there is no way to know when product will arrive (to make the holiday).
This was my first order just to see how this site works. but it looks to be a failure."
"I am beginning to suspect fraud! I placed my order over a month ago and have not been able to find our why it has yet to be shipped. They charged my credit card the same day, but when I check the status of my account it just says processing. When I tried to call customer service I got a message spoken in Chinese. When I tried to email customer service I did not get a response within 24 hours. The response I did get just said "we already sent you an email asking you to confirm shipping please respond to that email." I never got that email so how could I respond to it? I am worried my children will not receive their Christmas gifts on time."
