Si el envio se solicita por agencia UPS, DHL sí cobran impuestos y gastos de gestion por parte de la agencia. Asi que recomiendo el envio gratuito, solo hay que tener un poco de paciencia, es seguro.

I got it (Italy) in a month's time.
The one I got has Davicom DM9601 chipset.
It works really plug&play on Linux (Ubuntu 12.04) and after installing the driver from the companion CD for WinXP.
Even openwrt has modules for it but I haven't given it a try yet.

The case is well done and refinite. Packed very well.
