"The actions of Ever Buying appear highly questionable and filled with low quality service. This is the second time I am placing an order with them and not receiving my order as promised. EverBuying has refused to respond to my many emails ( 5 emails) asking what is the status of my order even after more than a week following the order.
My order # EE1210131942321563. They kept on sending me emails so I thought that Ever Buying was legitimate. So I placed a second order However, my second order received the same treatment as the first though I received a refund a very long time after I demanded a refund. It makes one wonder exactly what EverBuying is doing when it takes a customer's money, fail to deliver the order and then refund the customer's money after a very lengthy process. "I ordered iPhone 5 bumpers from this site. The quality wasn't the greatest, but I didn't expect anything fabulous considering how low the cost was. My biggest issue is the service I have received from this company. It has been horrible! I paid $12 for 3-5 day shipping and it took 3 weeks for my order to show up. They offered me 6% off my next order instead of refunding me for the cost of the shipping I paid while I waited for my order. When my order finally showed up there was a missing item so I contacted customer service again. They told me they shipped it out in another package and "may I wait patiently" because it would take up to 30 days to get it. I told them once again that I paid for 3-5 day shipping and they are now telling me they will refund $1. Not helpful at all!!"
