"EVERBUYING.NET IS JUST PLAIN AWFUL> NEVER USING THEM AGAIN!
Still haven't even shipped my order. DO NOT USE EVERBUYING.NET I purchased a smart watch on 9/24/2015 that they item description states "SHIPS IN 24 HOURS" after 6 days of no shipping conformation. I email customer support. and ask if it has been shipped and if not why. Now there customer support Faq, says they will respond in no more then 24 hours. 6 days later I finally get a response. stating that. the item is on back order and they will need an additional 10-15 days to ship the item. ok I decide to wait. since I have waited this long and already paid for it. on 10/16/2015 after 22 days of no shipping information. I decide I am upset with this site. and will post a negative review about it on sitejabber.com. 6 hours after I post me negative review. I get a response from everbuying, Stating sorry blah blah, and your Item is ready to ship! do you still want it? with in 30 mins of that response I respond. Yes I do ship it as soon as you can since I have waited 22 days for this item!. Now again first response 6 days! I post a public negative review 6 hours! I figure they don't want negative reviews. who does really? So now 4 days after my item is ready to ship email, and my immediate response. My Item has still not shipped. So I believe that there apology was fake. and that it is ready to ship is a lie. Everbuying uses public apologies to make it look like want to resolve customer issues. But not really. Its just a show. Or it would of actually shipped. Most companies get negative reviews and they do there best to ship that item quickly to make the customer happy!. Not sure if I will ever receive the item I paid for!

UPDATE!!
They responded to my review with more BS! don't believe them, they say they have my order ready to ship but it never ships. they have told me this 3x, everytime I do a negative review, they respond "its ready to ship" They are just trying to make it look like they are not scammers!

I paid 20% less than in others inexpensive stores (believe me, i'm checked all shops) because the site gave me free bonus points. I was not sure that all will be send and everything will work. But I received a parcel with a new player and air mouse. This product has been qualitatively packed. They given to me a free tracking number. Everything works fine. After buying the shop they asked me if I got the package everything was in order or no. Of course everything is OK. Very pleased with the quality of work. I wanted something else to buy. Negative aspects have not yet seen.

"I ordered a phone on Oct 1.
After a week of "processing" I asked for an update, and they never responded.
Finally on oct. 14 I gave them a bad review here, and they responded to my support ticket within a day. They offered a refund or wait for 5-7 days and it will ship.
I figured a few more days wouldn't hurt ...... I was a fool.
It's now 33 days since my order, 19 days since they promised me shipping a second time, and still nothing.

I have submitted numerous support tickets and they have not responded.

"I cannot believe that this company has so many positive comments. Actually, I am surprised that they haven't been investigated by the Federal Commerce Commission. My experience trying to get a refund/exchange for a defective watch has been completely frustrating. I have completed the RMA form several times. Each time they seem to delete within hours after I complete it--I offered to pay for return shipment and any other cost they deemed necessary. Any response I get seems to be a canned response with no specific connection to my request. At this point, this has been my worst experience with an internet merchant. I now have a worthless product, from a company with worthless customer service. "

On 28 September, I ordered ulefone be touch 2. On the website it was written 'on stock', 3-5 days for processing and then shipment.

Today is 14 October and my order is still 'processing'. The support tells me it's not Everbuying's fault, they have issues with supplier.

I, as a person who paid this product on time, don't care about your issues with supplier. It was written 'on stock' in the moment when I was buying it. I feel cheated and I feel stupid. You gave me wrong promises.

When I complained to their Support, they just stopped writing back to me.

I want to cancel my order. And get my money back. Immediately."
