"I bought a DOOGEE Titan 2 smartphone and paid the product expedited tracking shipping paid 133 canadian dollars, and after a week DHL said that for me to receive the package i would have to pay customs duty & taxes of 27 dollars, so i paid 160 dollars for military grade ip67 android 5.0 smartphone with dual sim cards. Didn't do anything special on the shipping, so it came in snail mail mode, well it shipped about a week after i made the order and only half of it was in stock which is the selfie 4 in 1, and made the order on August 5th, the selfie stick shipped on the 10th of August, and it got to Canada from Holland on August 25th through snail mail, not bad considering that it cost me 12 bucks shipping included, booyaaka!! So stoked and totally recommend them, how can you go wrong with those prices. Now I'm looking at their drones and unicycles, both in the 500buck ranges..."

"I didn't receive my items ordered. I asked for information about status of shipping and the answer is that the items will be shipped as soon as possible, after 10 day of waiting and that they are still waiting for some items, hot sale items are sold out quick etc. And when you are finally ready to ship my items I will have to count on 10-25 business days for the items to be shipped. Wow, go figure that!!! So I would be waiting for almost 2 months before I see the items I ordered and payed for?
The company it self that received my payment seems to be established in Russia and when I tried to contact them the phone number and country code came up as invalid. I also wrote to customer service of the supplier (not a company name or anything but just HASSAN) their information:

This is help from support, very deceitful... it is just sad to see how people use the internet to trick others into buying stuff they never even have the intention of delivering. First they would never let me know what items they where waiting on, then they want to get me to close the case I opened at Paypal so they can ship the items they have while I keep waiting for the rest. They can only ship if I close the case, I refuse and then all of a sudden they let me know that the items are shipped and I will have to wait for them to get those items back before they can refund. This Madness and should be stopped!!!
