"Purchased four items in three separate orders. Advertised price was in aud (australian dollars) . When finalising purchases the paypal checkout only allows usd (us dollars). That's fine BUT the Australian rate is wrong on their website effectively showing their products almost 20% cheaper than they really are. After numerous attempts to educate them in their deception they finally admitted that the currency conversion is wrong and they gave me a measly 10% off my next order which expired in less than a week. It took them about three days to "process" my most expensive item (a tablet) where it seems I'll have the cases, I purchased a day later, have already been shipped . My son will be happy to have two tablet cases and no tablet on xmas day. Not. The tablet I ordered is advertised as "ships within 24 hours". Amongst other things I got an email asking me to pay for the item and if I had received an email asking to pay. Wtf. I searched for a phone number found three. One did not work. The other two had full message banks. I kept calling and calling till somebody answered, where they assured me it will be posted that afternoon. Thats when i got the above mentioned email to "pay " for the item.I paid through PayPal within seconds of placing orders. So here I am with two more sleeps till xmas and nothing has arrived yet. I chose the dearest and fastest shipping that said delivers between 3 to 7 business days. Purchased on the 15 Dec and 16 Dec. I've asked them for a 10% refund for wrongly advertising price. I think that's fair. If you buy from this site only use us dollars as currency as you will be tricked with the price. I'll give them a three star review with the hope that my items will arrive before Xmas and they offer me some kind of refund or deal that will compensate me for their deception."

"Worst experience ever!!!

I ordered a mobile phone 7 days ago and nothing was happening.At the order status was saying "processing". No email no nothing.So i started to search on the website and found a link saying "[Send / View Message] RMA application" and i clicked it. I found a message sayng that the item is out of stock and they would give me some bonus points etc.I found this link by luck because another link in the account that says "My messages" i had no message.

The funny part is that they still selling the item on the site!!!
Anyway i email them constantly for two days now but they just don't answer.The message that i initialy found has dissapeared magically!!!

I opened a case in paypal today.

"hello 12 days ago i bought a mobile from everbuying which i saw it in euro 94.87 http://prntscr.com/5he5e8 . but they charged me in paypal 127.93$. Unfortunatelly i didnt calculate that time that the rate had almost 10 euro difference.I send them a message about their price had wrong rate euro-dollar and they answered me that the exchange rate may have a small update.I answered that i understand the small update could be some cents but no 10 euro.Anyway they proposed to give me a discount coupon 6% for the next time i ll buy something and i accepted.After this i waited them to ship it and they didnt.I send message asked them why and they answered that they havent it in stock and they MAY have it in a week. (till then already passed 9 days from the purchase).I said them that they could not sell a product that they dont really have it or atleast they could have a notice that it isnt in stock and its not my fault to wait them atleast 15 days only for starting the process of shiping and i proposed them to change the flat rate shiping to Expedited Shipping without charging me because the delay was their fault or give me my money back. 5 days passed from then,they havent answer and either the mobile isnt shiped yet... :("

"Ordering from Ever buying was the BIGGEST mistake of my life and I advise anyone if they are planning to buy anything to rethink.
My first purchase was for a tablet which was one of my friends birthday, but when I received it was cracked and the was not working. I told them about this and they said their "company policy" only allows them to either pay a percentage of the cost to repair it or to send it back but I had to pay the delivery charges.
most companies policies are to make sure if the customer has received a faulty product to give them a full credit back or to send them a replacement but Ever Buying does not think that's necessary.
My Second purchase that I ordered for a friend was 2 tablets for her kids and even though they say" 24 hour shipping " it took longer than 4 weeks for the tablets to arrive and had to pay an extra £11.00 to royal mail due to Ever Buying.
I regret buying from there and would have been better off putting some extra money in add buying it from a trust worthy company. "
