A New Years vacation from 2/14/15 to 2/26/15! I received an email on 2/26/15 stating thay have processed my order...WTF..I placed my order on 2/11 BEFORE they "say" they went to VACATION! Needless to say they gave me a tracking number to track my order with UPS and of course UPS has no record of my "tracking number" cant get a return email now. Wow..."
"I placed an order for 2 Claddagh ring sets on 1/31/15 with rush shipping. On 2/16 I emailed them to ask where my rings were. They replied with a messsage stating they will send them as soon as possible, out of stock, blah blah blah. I replied asking for my money back on the shipping; again, on 2/16.
It is now 3/3/15. I finally get a reply email whining about thousands of backlogged orders, and they just got back from some Spring Vacation thing.
WTF?! I've been waiting over a month for my order that I paid an additional $25+ for expediting shipping and these f***tards are going to b*tch about how they got to go on vacation for a couple of weeks while their f***ing orders were ALREADY backed up and backing up even further?

Its now Feb. and I have had to take it off. The black coating on it has chipped and turned my finger bright red and is painful, it is also peeling! Its been a week since I removed it and the hot pain and peeling have stopped, but I think I may end up with a scar. "

I have sent an email and of course I get no response. I tried to find a customer service number and as of yet have not found one. I ordered a ring from your company last week, after having my eye ion it for quite some time. While the ring is absolutely beautiful, I have YET to receive it. I paid for express shipping, and still, NO RING!
I tried unsuccessfully to get a phone number for customer service, and to my surprise,( note the sarcasm) there is no number to be found. While searching for said CS Number, I came across several reviews of EverMarker from other customers. These reviews are horrifying, and I am now wondering if I will ever receive the ring I ordered AND paid good money for. The only decent reviews I read were so obviously written by employees, very broken English, very short. This raises even more suspicions. If I do not receive a reply to this email within the next 24 hours, I will take that as a sign that your company is in the market to steal from unsuspecting individuals, and that this is just a front for a huge scam. I will then be calling my attorney. I don't know how business is run in China, but in the United States, that is not only bad business ethics, but it's also illegal.
I will await an email, and it needs to have a customer service number included, not the number to Paypal. If I haven't gotten a response in 24 hours, My attorney will be contacted as well as Fox News, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram, and YELP! will also be advised of the issue.

What really surprised me was when I tried to send a message to them through their "contact Us" link on their home page. After filling everything out, and hitting submit, the message read "Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later ,"

Stay away from this company. I am disputing the charges for the purchase, and reporting them to BBB. Twitter and Facebook have been blown up with my experience. This is deplorable.

I ordered a replacement ring from them on the 26th of December to replace my broken wedding band. It was a part of a back order thing so it wouldn't be shipped until the 13 so I was okay with that. The day after I ordered it, it vanished from their website. When I inquired as to why I was sent an e-mail saying that 3 companies were fighting for the copy right to the ring but it would be sent out in 20 days. this was PAST the original shipping date, but i resided okay, that'll be fine. last week i got back a hold of them asking about an update because it was past the days i'd been told it would be ordered. I was sent another e-mail going on about how the rings were in but needed to be inspected and blah blah blah, but that it would be shipped on Monday and i would receive a notification about it.
Well, It's Tuesday their time, none of my follow up e-mails have been replied to. They re-posted the ring on their website but it looks nothing like the one i originally ordered at all. I'm beyond frustrated and am doing everything i can to get my money back.

"Ever Marker is a business of scam artists and crooks!! Do not shop from them. Im just pretty much going through the same thing everyone else is. Called Paypal the contacted them and they gave them a fake tracking number. waited the 10 days called back paypal and full refund. Asked for refund of money, many times, but Juliet, in an email, tells me that it says the item was delivered September 12, 2014. Well it was NOT received! So they tell ME to contact my post office and ask them where it is. It is not my job to do this! Just want my money back!!! Do NOT trust this company!
