Our order was supposed to ship in 5-7 days. In fact, it took over a month just to leave the warehouse, shipping on Jan 12, 2010. No notice was given, despite this being flagged as a rush order. Trades were booked and cancelled numerous times to install.

There was no way to contact Every Floor as the phone number listed didn't work from Canada and a regular phone number wasn't provided, despite repeated desperate requests. Urgent email to customer service was frequently ignored. In the end, I had to have a friend in the US call on my behalf and threaten to file fraud charges unless a tracking number was provided immediately.

Seven weeks after ordering, the tile finally arrived the week of Jan 28th. The excuse given by the customer service rep was "we've never actually shipped anything to Canada." (What?!) Why is there a specific section on the website dedicated to Canadian orders?

The tile was nice and very well priced, but past that this order was a total customer service failure in every regard."
