After I sent the item back they never responded to my emails, and never refunded me. I payed for the item and I payed for the shipping back to them. Horrible people. "I ordered something from EveryDaySource on Amazon. When the expected delivery date passed, I started looking only to find the item was never shipped. They said it was lost in shipping, but UPS shows they never received it. I suspect they decided not to send it when they realized it was going for twice the price I was going to pay for it. So they said it was lost in the mail and refused to send it to me. They just issued a refund. Of course they do this with something that is a gift which a handful of days.
BTW. It appears that they have the ability to suppress negative feedback on Amazon. They are supposed to only do it when the post violates Amazon policy, but they appear to do that with any feedback that is negative. A call to Amazon customer service got my negative feedback restored as well as a few others Amazon found that they should not have suppressed. BEWARE this company!!!"
