I researched reviews for weeks and found a majority of bad experiences, but I have to say I was incredibly impressed with my purchase! I ordered it on 8/25/13(the weekend) and the UK had a holiday on that monday. It was officially shipped on 8/27/13 I had royal mail tracking during the whole process. the following weekend was our (the US') labor day and recieved it on 9/7/13. So counting the business days excluding the holidays I officially received my package in 9 days! exactly as they said 7-10 business days signed for, in northwest washington! My package was discreetly shipped, wrapped super good for no breakage individually, and came with a free grinder. I was able to purchase my piece for 1/3 the price of stores here as a gift for my boyfriend and it works like a dream. I will defiantly be ordering from them again! I was nervous at first to purchase from here because of all the reviews so I felt the need to write this, I had no issues at all! loved it and he loves his new piece.
Keep in mind smaller orders would be different time-wise and tracking-wise, and that you must confirm the purchase with your bank/card so that they don't think it is fraud, but other than that good luck!

"I ordered the PalmScale 5.0 Gold on a Sunday evening and it was at my door via Royal Mail / Canada Post by the friday afternoon. Packaging was done extremely well, lots of foam fill and bubble wrap with fragile tape all around. I purchased this specific model/color to replace one I owned long ago which was stolen during a break in. After reading all the other reviews I was skeptical about receiving the wrong color but I am very pleased that EDIT came through flawlessly. They also included some bonus mango wrap papers and a wristband. The batteries that came with the scale were dead but I expected as much since this model was discontinued many many years ago and is incredibly rare. I am very happy I placed my order with EDIT. 5 Stars A+++"

"i ordered my item march 23rd, i waited patiently for my item to arrive, my item did not arrive after the 7-10 business days have passed i email them to see what happened to my order, they tell me it wont be available til the 20! which is why i ordered my item in the first place so i can have it on 4/20!! so i said whatever i'll be patient im sure this is a legit website, i wait till a couple days after the 20th and i email them to see where the order is and they once again said it wont be available til the 26th! that was the last straw! i asked for my refund! they said gladly you should get ur refund within 3 business days! it has now been 7 days and still no refund!!! if u want a stranger to hold on to ur money this is the website to do it for you!!!"

After 3months wait I finally received my whole order and alot of freebies and a discount on my next order... Yes the main problem is the customer support and after dealing with a few too many monkies I think I found the organ grinder and he sorted me out. Will still use them, but Ill make sure they have their stuff in stock before ordering!!!"
"Ordered back in November still no package and its mid March. They will respond to your emails but sarcatstic response. They sent a tracking number that never worked. To top it off they wanted my bank account info to do a refund but I only use prepaid credit cards online. So Im out 100.00. I did however recieve orders from attitude and cannabisseed.com"
"I read reviews from various websites and EDIT seemed to have pretty bad reviews. There's not a lot of online headshops with a large item selection and EDIT seems to be by far the one with the largest, and it also seems like they have the best prices. Shipping was also ridiculously cheap so I went ahead and placed an order of small cheap items since I didn't want to risk buying pricey stuff with the bad reviews I had seen. The other option I considered was Grasscity, which seems like one of the large online headshops as well, but their prices were higher, they had much less stuff and shipping was more expensive.
Not only did EDIT have everything that was looking for but the prices were excellent. The best part however was the shipping: It took 3 working days to ship from UK to Canada from the moment I placed my order to when I got the items to my door. Shipping was only 5$ for 6 small items and I didn't pay any tax or custom fees. I usually order online from USA and it's more expensive and takes longer than that.
EDIT will give you credit towards your next purchase, which I made the week after, this time with a more expensive order that shipped just as fast. They will also give you a free "Everyone does it" rubber wristband with your purchase.
Overall I'm very satisfied with my purchases and I took the time to write this review because it seems like current reviews aren't representative of positive experiences like the one I had, it seems like only frustrated people write reviews.
Most of negative reviews are about customer service. I can't comment about it since I didn't have to contact them for any reason. Their customer service may or may not suck, but if you don't have to contact them expect great product selection, excellent prices, cheap and fast shipping and cool freebies."
"I have read opinions in various sites about the company and I must disagree. I place my order on Sat, they dispatched it on Mon and on Friday I received it in Spain. I contacted the customer service twice and each time received the reply the next day. The package was nicely wrapped, the item arrived in a perfect condition (glassware). The outdated currency rates on the website are the only thing I can complain about. "

"These people are bad news! I placed and order for an 8 Ball Herb grinder on July 8th. By July 11th, I'd sent an email to this company stating that I had yet to recieve the package. I got no response so I emailed again the next morning only to be told, "Although you are unable to track it, both postal systems will not chase this up until 30 working days after dispatch, which unfortunately means we are unable to chase this until the time has passed." So I waited and emailed again. Got no response. Emailed AGAIN and I still have yet to recieve a response. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Customer service is HORRIBLE!

"I placed an order with EveryoneDoesIT.com and after they received payment, I was told my item was out of stock for 2 weeks. 3 weeks later, no contact from them so I email asking for status of my order. no response. 3 days later I email again.. no response. I email again threatening to put a stop payment if I don't get item or refund. They respond back asking what alternative item I would like. So I give them alternative choice and told my item was dispatched the next day. 2 weeks later nothing. So I email them for tracking number, no response. Again I threaten a stop payment if they cant show a tracking number. They respond back asking if I would like an alternate choice? Two months after giving them payment, I have nothing. EveryoneDoesIT.com is a scam or very poorly run company at best. "

Stay away if you want the correct items shipped and as for the stock information, it's borderline illegal. They'll take your money and expect you to wait until they eventually bother to send you the wrong item.

"BE WARNED!!! I ordered from Chicago and got the dreaded out of stock notice a few minutes after ordering, when the website said the items were in stock. They informed me that I would receive my legal goods in about a week. Now it has been 1 month. I have called them repeatedly and they have answered the phone occasionally to say my order was shipping. Please bear in mind all I purchased was glass items and they are very legal where I live, so the who Homeland security is a moot point here. So, what is the deal? Well from what I read, they removed their forums to prevent the complaint's from being seen and addressed. I have spoke to a gentleman and lady and they have both flat out lied to me, saying that my shipment would be sent immediately after I changed the glassware I wanted. That was a month ago:( so in a nutshell, If you don't mind losing $800 having to file fraud reports and contacting your credit card company, go for it, but I warned you it was a scam here. BTW I'm not mad at them, own a glass shop or any of that, I'm just a stupid American guy that fell for their fraudulent site hook line and sinker:("
"I ordered a fine piece of glassware from EveryoneDoesIt.com on Feb 2, 2009.
I am in California and this package was shipped "overseas" from the UK, so I was a bit worried about getting the item in good shape. The prices were so reasonable though-- even with overseas shipping--, that I decided to take a chance on this company despite the fact that the last ResellerRatings review was dated way back in 2004, and boy am I glad I did.
I got a confirmation email right after I ordered acknowledging my purchase and letting me know that overseas orders typically take 7-10 days. There was a tracking number provided for "The Royal Post" which is the UK version of the Post Office I guess.
After 11 business days I still hadn't received the item. I was a little worried, so I wrote them asking about the status of the package. I was pleased to get an email the next day assuring me that the item should get to me soon, and if not, to email them back and they'd send me another.
Turns out, I got the package the very next day (Feb 19, 2009). It arrived in perfect condition, and was packaged very well.
This item was an exquisite piece, and priced so reasonably that even with overseas shipping it was not even HALF what a similar item would cost in the states. The customer service was very courteous and responsive as well. I feel very comfortable highly recommending this retailer.

"I made an order with them they are from the UK and I received it faster than if it was comming from the USA (purchace on 2004/07/30 received it 2004/08/05; I'm in Canada).
They have great price and good service. Unfortunately I received a defect item (ordered two) and they will send a new one shortly, as they said. I'll keep in touch here when I'll receive it for real.
The defect item wasn't their fault, item was boxed and visually it's looking good, it's just that it don't work with battery in it.
Botton line: they have really good price, really fast shipping and great communication."
