"I own a repair facility and made the mistake of accepting this warranty for one of my customers. I first called to start a claim I was instructed to start a claim online. This first call was not answered for 40 minutes. I created an account and submitted the claim within ten minutes. When I did not receive a call back the next day, I called back. Again I was on hold instantly and waited for over 45 minutes to be answered. This representative informed me that by submitting online, they have up to 72 hours just to call back.
