"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"The prices are high and the products are generally good. However, I have had to return two Fiesta dishes on two occasions due to **** spots where there was no paint. They were replaced, but I had repackage them and take them to UPS to be reviewed by Everything Kitchens so they could replace them. A lot of work that could have been saved if they had spent another moment to notice these obvious spots before shipping them to me in the first place."

I loved the performance and beauty of it , so I purchased another one May23 & it arrived today May 27th, 2023! They both came packed in the original box, inside a larger box wrapped in large bubble wrap taped ends together, packed on the sides & top with thick brown wrapping paper to minimize breakage & damage. I’m well pleased with the quality of the roaster and the care of shipping & delivery by UPS! "

"We were recently on a vacation and at a wonderful hotel in Vancouver BC we were served coffee in Fortessa mugs, and we fell in love with them. They kept our coffee hot and have a wide base which is appealing. So we determined that when we returned home we'd find some to purchase. I found them on your site and saw a price that was more desirable than on other sites, so I wanted to buy! Since I could get free shipping if I spent $50 I decided to look at other items in the same style and color. I purchased the set of 4 salad plates, and a bowl. Once I received them yesterday, I discovered that the salad plates were a bit smaller than I had anticipated, so I was a little disappointed :( The bowl is perfect, as are the mugs. Just wish I had purchased two bowls and not the salad plates. The sale was easy and product arrived in a reasonable time, in good shape.We love our mugs and bowl."
