"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"The price and shipping cost for my item was good BUT the Amazon shipping was a big disappointment. They missed the committed 5 day delivery (which is mediocre to begin with) and provided sporadic shipping updates. When the five days had passed I finally got an update from Amazon shipping that my item had been sent from Illinois to Washington state when it should have gone to Cincinnati Ohio. Kinda completely the wrong way by a LONG SHOT.
Might give Everything Kitchens another shot but not if Amazon is only shipping option."
