"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"So this is my first time ordering from Everything Kitchens, but my mom has ordered from them many times before. We love how many updates they give us about delivery, and the packages all come relatively fast. I haven't needed to experience their customer service, but ive heard its great. The only thing that doesn't make this a five star, is the fact that the minium order size in order to get free shipping is too high for us. We can't afford to make large purchases all the time, nor do we have room in our tiny house for more then what we need. Also, its hard for us to get together enough items to make an order big enough for free shipping. If the minimum for free shipoing was a bit lower, we would probably be able to purchase from Everything Kitchens a bit more. Overall Everything Kitchens is a great place to buy from, especially if you want Fiesta dish colors that are no longer in production. ;) "
