"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"My item had to be shipped to a UPS store 45 miles away from my home, because I do not get home delivery of mail or packages and the vendor would not ship to a PO Box. When the item arrived at the UPS store, no one notified me. I was in that town on other errands the day after the item arrived at the UPS store. I could have picked it up. But I didn’t find out it had arrived until I got back home and happened to track it online. I had to make the 90 mile round trip, again, to pick it up.
The vendor had my email address and phone number. They could have notified me. Amazon always does…"
