"I had moved and had a package from them delivered my new address. I placed a new order and keyed in my new address but they sent it to my old address. When trying to get it corrected, I was told that I keyed in my old address. Why would I do that? They charged me me 17.00 to pay the UPS a charge to change the address. I paid the bill but cancelled the order and had them send the order back to the company. The young lady I first talked to was pleasant enough but herr supervisor was awful. I will never do business with them again.

"Was not happy with our wait time. We had a gentleman starting to help us and then stopped to help what seemed like a lady that had been in there before. He just left us for about 15 or more minutes. I don't know if he thought we didn't have enough money to buy in there or what. But we don't get all dressed up to shop. He finally came but to help us and we did end up buying our cookware there. I think he should have at least ask is if we minded waiting and not just let us stand and wait. Terrible CS. I was a CS manager for about 5 years and would have had my employees head if they treated a customer of ours that way. But I love my cookware. "
